Music Teacher – Primary, Middle & Secondary School
(Fluent in English and French – Essential)
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate bilingual Music Teacher to join our team and inspire students across Primary, Middle, and Secondary levels. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and French and can teach confidently in both languages. They will deliver a rich and inclusive music program that nurtures creativity, technical skills, and musical appreciation through vocal and instrumental instruction, theory, and performance opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: Valid teaching certification in music education.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience across multiple age groups (primary to secondary) is an asset.
- Languages: Bilingualism is essential. Candidates must be fully fluent in both English and French, able to teach, communicate, and write in both languages.
- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of music theory, composition, and performance.
- Proficiency in piano or guitar accompaniment and the ability to lead group singing.
- Experience teaching a variety of musical instruments and vocal techniques.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction for a range of ages and skill levels.
- Comfort with technology and digital tools in the music classroom.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing rehearsals, concerts, and school events.
Working Conditions:
- Part-time or Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Participation in after-school concerts, rehearsals, meetings, and professional development sessions is required.
- Teaching occurs in music classrooms and performance spaces within a bilingual K to 12 school environment.

As the school continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions, Enrolment & Community Relations Manager to lead student recruitment efforts, strengthen relationships with prospective families, and expand the school’s presence within both the international and French private school communities.
Position Overview
The Admissions, Enrollment & Community Relations Manager will play a key leadership role in supporting the school’s growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and enrolling new students while building strong relationships with prospective families, relocation agencies, multinational corporations, embassies, and the broader Paris educational community.
This position requires a highly professional individual who understands the Paris private and international school market and is passionate about helping families find the best educational opportunities for their children.
Qualifications:
Admissions & Enrolment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families.
- Manage all admissions inquiries received through the website, email, telephone, referrals, and recruitment activities.
- Conduct school tours and information meetings with prospective families.
- Guide families through the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrolment.
- Coordinate application review and admissions documentation.
- Prepare enrolment agreements and registration documentation.
- Support the onboarding of new students and families.
- Manage annual re-enrolment processes.
- Maintain accurate admissions records and enrolment databases.
- Track admissions and enrolment metrics and prepare regular reports.
Recruitment & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrolment.
- Build and maintain relationships with relocation agencies, multinational corporations, embassies, and international organizations.
- Represent the school at open houses, educational fairs, and recruitment events.
- Support outreach initiatives targeting both international and local families.
- Assist in identifying new recruitment opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor admissions and enrolment trends and prepare regular reports.
Community & Family Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.
- Build strong relationships with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Promote the school’s mission, values, and educational programs.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Principal, Founder, Marketing Team, and Administrative Team.
- Support marketing initiatives through market intelligence and community engagement.
- Provide regular updates on admissions activity, enrolment trends, and market developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Experience working within a private or international school environment.
- Knowledge of the Paris private and international education market.
- Established network within expatriate, diplomatic, corporate, relocation, or private school communities.
- Experience working with affluent French families and internationally mobile families.
- Understanding of the factors influencing school choice among families seeking bilingual, international, and university-preparatory programs.
- Experience in business development, relationship management, luxury services, real estate, family office services, or educational consulting.
