How to Apply for Admission
Our School Admission Process
We are delighted that you’re considering the Canadian International School of Paris for your child.
Our admissions process is designed to be welcoming, informative, and flexible to meet the needs of families from around the world.
Connect With Our School
Start by choosing the option that works best for your family:
- Schedule a remote meeting by telephone or ZOOM video conference.
- Book an in-person visit to tour the school and meet with our team.
You can also reach us directly at admissions@ecole-canadienne-paris.com or by phone at +33 (0)1 43 87 00 44.
Experience a Day in Our Classrooms (Optional)
We offer new families the opportunity to schedule a Student Observation Day, allowing your child to experience a typical day at our school. Students may join a class for a half-day or a full school day, giving them firsthand insight into our bilingual learning environment and warm school culture.
While optional, many families find this experience helpful in making an informed decision.
To inquire about scheduling a Student Observation Day, please contact us at admissions@ecole-canadienne-paris.com or call +33 (0)1 43 87 00 44.
Submit Your Application
The next step is to complete and submit your Application Package, which includes:
- The required documentation
- A €1,000 non-refundable application fee
There is no formal application deadline, as we welcome students throughout the academic year. However, spaces are limited with a student-teacher ratio of 15:1 in Primary and 20:1 in Middle and Secondary. We recommend submitting your application by early spring of the year prior to entry to avoid being placed on a waitlist.

This deposit guarantees your child’s spot at the school.

What Parents are saying
Far from our home country, we are blessed to have found a school where we can send our child with peace of mind. We can't wait for the start of the new school year.
Parent, Grade 1 - Japan, 2025
All our initial admissions meetings were very professional. The school far exceeded our expectations and image. Our son concluded that the school is “Epic”. That is the most detailed and honest description that came out of a pre-teen.
Parent, Grade 8 - Canada, 2021
We appreciate the school's ongoing support since our son's graduation. Our son actively keeps in contact with his friends. He has established a good community and lasting friendships—a great testament to the school's environment.
