Payment of Tuition & Fees
Important Notice for Third-Party Payments
A third-party payee is defined as anyone other than a parent or legal guardian who takes financial responsibility for tuition and fees. This often includes extended family members or employers offering education support.
When a third party is paying tuition and fees:
- Full payment of the annual tuition and fees is required by July 1st, without exception.
- A formal payment commitment letter may be requested to confirm arrangements.
- Families remain ultimately responsible for ensuring payments are made on time.
Please notify the school as early as possible if a third party will be managing tuition payments so we can coordinate directly and provide the appropriate invoicing.
For any questions regarding third-party payment arrangements, please contact us at admissions@ecole-canadienne-paris.com.
Payment Deadlines
To help families plan ahead, tuition and fees at the Canadian International School of Paris follow a clear and structured schedule:
Re-Enrolment / Enrolment Fee – Due April 1st. This non-refundable fee secures your child’s place for the upcoming school year.
If you have provided pre-authorized payment details, this amount will be debited automatically on or around this date.
- 20% Tuition Deposit – Due July 1st
This deposit confirms your child’s enrolment and must be received before the start of the school year. Families with pre-authorized payment instructions will be debited automatically. - Remaining Balance – Instalment Options
The remaining tuition balance may be paid in either 4 or 10 equal instalments:- 10-instalment plan: payments from August 25th to May 25th, debited monthly
- 4-instalment plan: payments on September 1st, December 1st, March 1st, and June 1st
Pre-Authorized Debit Payments
Pre-authorized instalment payments are available only to families with a French bank account.
To use this option, please submit your banking details, including a RIB, before the school year begins. Once received, the school will arrange your selected payment plan (4 or 10 instalments), and payments will be automatically debited on the scheduled dates.
Payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer
If you do not choose the pre-authorized debit option, tuition may be paid by postdated cheques or wire transfers.
The school must receive all cheques or confirmation of scheduled wire transfers covering your selected payment plan (4 or 10 instalments) no later than September 1st.
